The TOC-TOC Card Game is a tool designed to help B-Briddhi service providers guide early-stage social impact enterprises in creating a solid Theory of Change (ToC). The game simplifies this process through collaborative, role-based play, making it fun and engaging. Led by service providers, participants share ideas and build a clear roadmap to impact, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This interactive experience supports impact enterprises in developing a ToC that drives their path to meaningful change.
How does the application generally work?
When is the next TOC-TOC Card Game available?
The application for the TOC-TOC game card begins on October 15th, 2024!
The TOC-TOC Card Game opportunity can be availed by applying for the ongoing applications. As it is a workshop-style capacity building opportunity, the enterprise and service provider will plan the workshop date based on their availability. We advise that the service providers complete the TOC-TOC workshops within two months after they were informed of their selection to participate in this activity.

How to know if you are eligible as an entrepreneur
Here are the typical preconditions for a successful application:
- Your organisation has a focus on social or environmental impact.
- Your organisation has at least 3 team members who can participate together in the TOC sessions
- Your organisation has not previously received capacity building or catalytic funding from the Biniyog-Briddhi programme.
